  • Call American Dental Discounts customer service or visit www.americandentaldiscounts.com to locate a participating dentist.
  • Call the selected dentist and reference the UNI-CARE Dental network when scheduling.
  • Attend your dental appointment.
  • Show your American Dental Discounts card at the dentist’s office.
  • Pay the discounted rates (savings typically 10–50% per visit).
The network includes general dentists and dental specialists.
The program cannot be used in conjunction with or in addition to insurance.

Cancellation

To Cancel, please call or email American Dental Discounts Customer Service. If you don’t call or email to cancel, your membership program automatically renews based on the membership program you enrolled for.
